Shopping with Bigfyda is done very easily. 
Place Order Online.
Just follow a few quick steps given below:
1.        Go to www.bigfyda.com
2.        Choose the product you wish to buy and select the quantity. 
3.        Then click on “Add To Cart” if you wish to add more products or click on “Buy Now” 
6.        You may be asked to login if registered; you can register your account with us without any hassles or you may also opt to check out as a Guest.
7.        Enter the Shipping and Billing details.
8.        Click on Proceed to Pay.
9.        Choose your preferred mode of payment to pay for the product.
10.        Once the order is placed, you’ll also be sent a notification e-mail with the order details and the estimated shipment date.

Bigfyda offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment is, you can be assured that our trusted Payment Gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

It’s very simple. Just float your cursor on ""My Account"" link on the top right hand side of any page. It will drop a list of options for you to select:
•        My Orders
•        Track Order
•        Logout

1.        Registered customers can check the order details by clicking on ""My Orders"".
2.        My Orders page will show you all your existing and previous orders placed.
3.        Click on the Order Id you want to know the status of.

2.        Enter your Email Address and the Order ID and click on ""Track"" button below.
3.        We will send you an e-mail notification with the shipping details, as soon as the order is dispatched.

Currently there are no Hidden Charges on any purchase of any product on Bigfyda.

Most branded products come with the manufacturer’s warranty, which can be claimed from any authorized service centre in your locality. However, there are certain products which may not offer after sale services in your area, in that case, please contact our Customer Service team. They’ll review the nature of the complaint and provide you with the best possible resolution.

Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date; yet, there may be some unpredicted conditions, which may affect the shipment or the delivery assessments. In this case, we’ll send an e-mail, notifying you about the issue and the revised time for delivery of the product.

Shipping denotes the time engaged to get the item(s), packing and dispatching it. This will include the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end.

The delivery may take few more days depending on the address and the courier company used.

If it’s a COD

You can cancel your COD order any time prior to its shipment.

    Registered customers can check the order details by clicking on ""My Orders"".
    Next Page will show you all your existing orders under Order Summary.
    Click on the POrder Id you want to cancel.
    Click on ""Cancel Order"" next to your Order Id that you wish to cancel

If it’s a Pre-paid order:

    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team and let us know the reason for it. Our team will help you in this process.

In case if you have received a wrong product from our side then please take picture of the same and drop an email to us with the details within 24 hours after the product is delivered to you. We shall have the product replaced to you. You can also go to My Account== My Orders == Click on the order you want to return and click on RETURN/REPLACEMENT tab. After that you need to give the reason why you wish to return/replace the product so that our Customer Care Department can work on the solution immediately.
